Weekend Plan
This is what we should all be aiming for. Imagine someone saying to you “hey your in great shape, how do you do it?” and you being able to say “well I watch what I eat during the week but at the weekend I just relax and enjoy myself.”
If you have a special occasion or a romantic weekend away you can go and enjoy without guilt.
Fill in the progress chart and if it’s too slow revert to the free day plan or add more exercise and activities to your week.
This plan also suits people who are very active either in their personal or work life.
Remember weight loss is not a sprint. If you lose smaller amounts of weight on a weekly basis you don’t lose body muscle which is what gives you a great shape and helps to burn off the food you eat. What you burn off is body fat which is exactly what you want to burn off.
